Bian Labs provides bulk bespoke skincare formulations starting at 60-gallon drums. We do not engage in the direct sale of ingredients, private label services, retail distribution, or private label filling services. Our services are tailored for industrial-scale manufacturing only.
4. Order Placement
Once an order is placed, it will be processed according to the specifications provided by the client.
5. Pricing and Payments
- At Bian Labs, we offer attractive volume discounts on retail-ready products for purchase orders exceeding $1,500. All prices are tailored to your specific formulation needs and are provided upon request, ensuring you receive the best value for your order. Contact us today to learn more.
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the order placement process.
- Full payment or agreed-upon installments must be completed prior to the initiation of production unless otherwise negotiated.
- All payments are non-refundable once production begins.
6. Intellectual Property
All formulations and recipes developed by Bian Labs are the intellectual property of Bian Labs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any use or reproduction of the formulations without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Bian Labs and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the collaboration. Neither party will disclose sensitive business or formulation details to third parties without prior consent.
8. Quality Assurance and Testing
We adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standards for all products. However, the client is responsible for conducting independent testing and verifying that the products comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their respective markets.
9. Delivery and Lead Times
- Lead times for delivery will vary depending on the complexity of the formulation and production schedule.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation. Bian Labs is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
10. Cancellations and Modifications
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not permitted unless agreed upon by both parties.
- Any changes to the formulation or production process may result in additional costs and extended lead times.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bian Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product provided.
12. Compliance with Laws
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all products and formulations comply with applicable laws and regulations in their intended market. Bian Labs is not liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in San Antonio, TX USA.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Antonio, TX USA.
