- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time of payment confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped via a reputable freight carrier. Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. These will be confirmed during the checkout process.
- Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
2. International Shipping
Bian Labs proudly serves clients worldwide. We offer international shipping to most countries, using trusted freight services.
- Processing Time: International orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international shipping takes between 10-20 business days.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are determined based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. All shipping fees will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Customs and Duties: Bian Labs is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Freight Shipping for Bulk Orders
Given that Bian Labs specializes in bulk skincare formulations, we utilize freight shipping for large orders, including those exceeding 60-gallon drums.
- Freight Services: For larger quantities, orders will be shipped via palletized freight services, ensuring secure and efficient transportation.
- Shipping Time: Freight shipping times can vary depending on the destination and quantity ordered but generally fall between 7-15 business days domestically and 15-25 business days internationally.
- Freight Costs: Shipping fees for bulk orders are calculated based on the size, weight, and distance of the shipment. A shipping quote will be provided during the order process. Freight shipments do not qualify for our free shipping promotion.
4. Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, please document it with photographs and notify us immediately.
- Damaged Goods: In the event of damage during shipping, Bian Labs will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue once the damaged item has been returned. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to report any issues.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
5. Shipping Modifications and Changes
- Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Address changes may result in processing delays, as the original order will need to be refunded and a new order created.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
